Setting up a corporate event requires an immense amount of resources between venue fees, catering, and the time of team members away from their workstation. With all of the effort that the events require, capturing the event itself sometimes takes a backseat. Typically, there is a company camera that is handed to someone on the planning team and the person that shoots the event is unfamiliar with the camera or shoots in Auto Mode. The results are inevitably sub par.
Instead, I strive to capture the interactions, conversations and learning in a candid, exciting way. The results provide material for your website that excite team members for the next event or provide material for recruiting or other corporate needs. I have 3 years of experience capturing these types of events and can see interesting interactions before they happen. There is nothing I love more than giving back. Most of my experience photographing people comes from volunteering myself and my camera. I passionately support several organizations and they take up my entire budget for free work.
